CONDO DESIGN + RENOVATION

This project was a total overhaul and update of spaces, throughout the 1980's European inspired luxury condominium. A modern facelift to the kitchen and bathrooms and a new style and decor gave this chic condo in Arlington a more distinctive personality to inspire all senses.

The design and renovation included exposing original concrete floors and ceilings, transforming the Romeo and Juliet style glass enclosed balcony into a modern sensual oasis, overlooking the Washington DC skyline and the Potomac River. A custom barn door and track with German hardware and herring-bone finishes as well as curated art production and selection transformed the space into a home.   

 

A custom designed wall unit and entertainment center creates both an industrial and Zen sensation featuring hand-painted graffiti tiles from Italy, an environmentally friendly fire-line from Germany and a custom water feature enhancing both the sense of light and sound throughout the home. 

 

This Condo renovation was the first of 5 homes and projects completed with this particular client, with 4 other properties located in Palm Springs, CA, Middleburg, VA, San Francisco, CA, and most recently, Washington, DC.
